How to be More Productive

There are different ways to be productive, but a main one is avoiding distractions. Many do not know how much time we actually lose by checking notifications our phones, for example. According to a study conducted in the University of California, it takes an average of 26 minutes to recover from trivial interruptions. Therefore it is best not to act on our urges and try to finish the task we are working on without interruptions.
